Eskay Design is a Perth based Interior Design Company owned and operated by designers Sarah Knox and Heidi Coffey. With a combined 40 years of Perth building industry experience, Eskay Design is committed to service: ensuring your project is completed on time, in budget, beautifully.
our story
Established in 2015, Eskay Design is the sum of Sarah Knox and Heidi Coffey’s 30+ years combined experience in the Western Australian building industry. Working together since 2004, Sarah and Heidi understand that efficiency and communication are key to any successful project, and are adept at working together with their clients to distil their vision into high impact results.
Their passion lies in all things design, with prestigious Perth builders contracting Eskay to design an impressive roster of display homes, commercial fit outs and multi-residential developments throughout Perth and greater Western Australia.
Sarah is a graduate of Interior Design, and, according to a previous employer, is “possibly the world’s most organised person”. Sarah firmly believes that you should love what you do, and approaches all aspects of her life with a tenacious, “can-do” attitude.
Heidi grew up in the southwest of Western Australia, affording her an appreciation of community and an approachable nature. While she holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a keen mind for business, working 9 years for a high-end tile store gave her a taste for interior design and she’s never looked back.

At Eskay Design we believe that every project is unique and individual, and can tailor our packages to suit the needs of each client. Interior Design Services that we specialise in are;
Display Homes
Working closely with the builder, Eskay Design will select both internal and external Hard Finishes, designs for built in cabinetry, feature lighting and all remaining furniture and soft finish items. All completed within the client’s brief, time line and of course budget.
Multi Residential and Office Fit-outs
Interior Design services for construction are case by case and require an initial meeting with clients to determine the brief and scope of works. To be quoted accordingly.
New Build – Residential
This would incorporate the selection of the following; external finishes (such as render colours and bricks), and Internal Finishes (such as tiling and cabinetry). The selection of window treatments, internal paints, furniture and art can also be discussed and incorporated into the selection process if required.
Eskay Design is also able to present to their clients 3D rendered drawings of their new spaces if required.

Does Eskay Design help with renovations?
Yes, Eskay Design is able to help in selecting and designing any space in your home that requires renovating.
Does Eskay Design provide Pre-start Consultations?
We are happy to quote our services on request of a pre-start consult with us. Minimum 3 hours for Pre-Start Consultations, fixed fee packages available.
What sort of costs would we be looking at to engage Eskay Design as our Interior Designer?

Do I need an Interior Designer or an Interior Decorator? What is the difference?
As Interior Designers, we work very closely with the overall space, both structural and soft, creating a functional space within a building. Incorporating the hard finishes such as tiling and cabinetry and working that in with the furniture and softer elements of the home.
Interior Decorating is furnishing the home on an intimate level with none, or little involvement with the structural or hard elements.
I am unable to meet in person with Eskay Design, are you still able to help me with my selections?
If we are given a clear concise brief from our clients, then yes we are able to proceed with design selections and converse via email. We are able to provide our clients with an E-book of all finishes and selections. We can also offer the service of 3D rendered drawings to help our clients visualise their space.
I am building for Investment purposes, are Eskay Design able to help with colour schemes and mood boards?
This is an area that Eskay Design has vast experience in, so please email us for further details and request a quotation.
